Founded in 1974, our company had its roots on turbocharger repair. Over the decades, we have evolved into a multifaceted automotive group, proactively expanding our expertise and services to anticipate and exceed the evolving needs of our customers. Used commercial vehicles industry: Primarily tractor heads, but also trucks, semi-trailers, and vans. With our own teams handling maintenance, financing, and logistics, we don’t just deliver worldwide; we make sure every vehicle we sell is reliable and road-ready. In a growing number of countries we also offer flexible financing solutions.
Semi-trailer industry: Offering a full range of solutions—from skillfully refurbished units to brand-new models from top brands, and custom builds designed by our engineers and manufactured at our factories.
Emergency vehicles industry: Leveraging decades of expertise in the design, modification, and maintenance of specialized vehicles, particularly for ambulances, police and fire departments.
Automotive software industry: We not only invest heavily in technology through our own R&D team, but within our group, we are also the preferred Dealer Management Software partner in Europe, helping dealerships streamline their operations and enhance customer service.

The company, originally named Turbo’s Hoet, was founded by Alfred Hoet, specializing in turbocharger repairs.
2012
Rebranded as TheTruckCompany.
2014
Became an official dealer for Kässbohrer.
2015
Acquired MSD Service, experts in maintenance and repair.
2016
Expanded internationally to Ivory Coast as the official DAF importer.
2017
Strategic investment in XPower NV, a leading ERP software provider for the automotive industry.
2019
Became the official DAF importer in Ghana.
2020
Spun off MrLease as a separate entity.

Acquired Somati Vehicles, a leading producer of emergency vehicles.
